I picked up an open walnut shell from the ground today. A squirrel had taken the tasty nut from inside and left the open shell for me to find.
I looked closely at the lines and the creases in this hollow hard shell and wondered what message it had for me.
This is what the walnut shell revealed today:
- Embrace the strength, the toughness, the creases, the lines, the wrinkles in life as they hold wisdom and power.
- Appreciate the containers that hold the treasures within, including the physical body.
- Allow the inner self to emerge and be free.
I returned this shell to the land and thanked it for this message.
