Code of Ethics

I honor the profound depth and responsibility of this service by cultivating as much protection, permission, connection, and growth as possible with the highest integrity by following this Code of Ethics:

1. Safety and Integrity
I provide a safe and respectful space for clients, maintaining healthy boundaries, both in ordinary and extraordinary states of consciousness, and using touch only with permission.

2. Clear Communication and Agreements
I communicate clearly and honestly about pricing, scheduling, client self-responsibility, client self-regulation, and session preparation. I respect client’s time and provide clear information in assessment, disclaimer, and liability documents.

3. Confidentiality
I hold client information in confidence and respect client’s choice regarding personal sharing. In group experiences, confidentiality and respectful sharing are emphasized.

4. Professionalism and Compassion
I embody professionalism and compassion, treating clients with non-judgment, kindness, and respect. I support holistic and traditional medical communities and refer clients when necessary.

5. Holding Safe Space
I prepare myself and the space for each session, ensuring a maximum capacity of 12 breathers for 1 hour or more group conscious connected breathing experiences. Additional facilitators are invited for larger groups to maintain a 12:1 ratio.

6. Self-Practice and Continuing Education
I commit to self-healing practices and ongoing education to bring value to clients in areas such as conscious breathing, trauma awareness, somatic experience, resilience, heart-centered awareness, mind-body coaching, and more.

7. Selfless Service
I separate my personal agenda and healing from clients, serving as a clear channel and witness to each client’s journey. I support clients in awakening their inner healer and embracing their authentic power.

8. Ongoing Support and Follow-up
I provide ongoing support beyond sessions, including follow-up communication, resources, and referrals. I am committed to maintaining a supportive relationship and being available for any post-session questions or concerns.

9. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for active participation, self-reflection, commitment to growth, honest communication, maintaining confidentiality in groups, and respecting boundaries set by the facilitator.
